Rooted in Community
Sown to Bloom has always been about more than flowers or artwork — it’s about connection, care, and giving back to the place that has helped me grow. Community is at the heart of everything I do. Whether it’s supporting local rescues, participating in small-town events, or creating fundraisers that bring people together, my vision is to use this little creative corner of the world to make a meaningful difference.

Art Giveaway for Shuswap Paws Rescue Society
Petals with Purpose is our current donation-based art giveaway featuring two of my largest, most detailed pressed-flower originals.
By offering these two artworks as part of a limited-entry draw, we can help raise funds toward food, vet care, medications, emergency shelter, and supplies that directly support animals during the coldest months of the year.
There will only be 100 tickets sold per artwork, keeping entries meaningful, fair, and small and to ensure that this fundraiser remains high-impact and transparent.

Heartfelt Collaboration
Community collaboration is a meaningful part of Sown to Bloom. I love partnering with local farmstands, small businesses, and makers who share the same passion for slow living, creativity, and supporting one another. Working together allows us to uplift our valley, create opportunities for connection, and keep our local economy thriving.
Are you or someone you know looking to get creative?

Vision for Sown to Bloom
Sown to Bloom is still in its growing phase — a true seed-to-press work of heart. Looking ahead my goal is for Sown to Bloom to grow into a place where creativity, healing, and nature meet. I imagine our small farm studio filled with pressed flowers, women gathering to slow down, and art that carries stories far beyond this valley.
One day my hope is for Sown to Bloom to become a home for workshops, meaningful gifts, community, and wholehearted living. A place that reminds human everywhere that no matter their past, they are still sown to bloom.
